Chickens don't have bones in their McNuggets. They're like the human penis that way.

Does that mean there is actually meat in those things?

It's a McNugget. Did he think it was rawhide or something that he was chewing so forcefully

I know I've hit bone in a McNugget before.

Bone bits show up in hamburgers all the time. I don't think it's odd at all that a piece would edd up in a chicken nugget.

A bone fragment I could understand, but can you really get an inch-long piece of bone through an industrial meat grinder?  I'd expect it would be in much smaller fragments than that.

Pay for his dental surgery and legal fees if he has a plausible claim.

Maybe he just have weak teeth instead?

I'm not knowledgeable in this, I didn't think it was possible to get a root canal after the tooth has been extracted.

According to TFA, "A tooth extraction, root canal and dental implant surgery were then needed to fix the issue."

Seriously. There's something about shooting chicken through a sieve that doesn't leave many chances for bones to come through.

Alexei Stolfat and his wife had ordered the fateful food via Uber Eats back in May when he unsuspectingly consumed a bone a little under an inch long.

Wonder if McD's will say his issue is with Uber Eats, not the arches.

Technically, if he had a semi-competent personal injury attorney, he could drag UberEats into this lawsuit as well for delivering the food.

I've watched enough cop/detective shows to know the chain of custody is hardly intact.

I'd rather chip my tooth on a McNugget bone than get a gusher from the vein of a BK hot dog.
