Only $1.3B of that will apply to their deductible, though, so they still have another billion to pay in future lawsuits in calendar year 2020 before the 80/20 coverage kicks in.

How about applying that to something similar to the MLR rebates? Just give every plan subscriber 3-4 months of free coverage - that might actually help as a stimulus for BCBS subscribers...

They're still going to need to raise your rates, just to be on the safe side

And that 2.7 billion, the money that keeps them still "in the black", all the money spent on their expenses (such as payroll, rent, etc....) is money people are paying towards "health care" where they aren't getting the service they paid for. Health insurance companies are a leach on the process and it's to the point where the leach is healthier than the being it's attached to.

Crony capitalist pig health insurance companies have one job:  feed their sit at home stock owners free money.

Their second job is to make sure nasty "socialists" like bernie sanders doesnt get universal healthcare for mercan citizens.
