I dunno about Costco hot dogs but I can speak highly of Sam's Club rotisserie chickens ($5!)

Watched the video. Now I'm hungry. I too haven't been to a Costco in years. There's one about twenty five miles away, but I'm in the UK so I assume their food choice is different.

This guy has videos of him eating the entire dumpling selection of H-Mart. It's crazy. I watch his videos all the time, and also Mark Wiens and Sam the Cooking Guy.

I love his channel and would love to just eat with him all day long, he can really tuck into a food mountain.

I love the costco chickens and hot dogs, it's their kirkland brand so you can cook it at home!

Based on the tags on the cars that he passed in the first of the video, I think he's in western Washington state.  That Costco has a very different selection than our "local" one, in the eastern part of the state.  The food court selections are nearly universal, but the other foods vary by region.

What I like about this guy is he has just the right amount of upbeat energy without overdoing it. I also like how he explains what he's doing and why. He'll explain what's in the noodles, how that affects how it tastes, then he'll explain why he's adding anything extra. Lots of foodies on Youtube will only say "This is good" and leave it at that. He's a bit more enlightening.

This was a Costco commercial, wasn't it?

I was frying a steak whilst watching it, was a good combo.

Has Mark Wiens ever eaten anything he didn't love?

It was fun when he was in Copenhagen, and visited the restaurents sponsored Visit Copenhagen, one of them was the followup to Noma (best restaurant in the world X times), it was hard to him to convey how amazing it was, it was almost like he was going into turbo mode, since he had to go even more over the top than he usually does.

Today on our ~monthly cross-border visit to Costco, I was prompted by the video to try the chicken bake.  We were there early for the "senior and at-risk" hours.  I didn't have any kimchi to try his hack, but it did make a pretty tasty and filling mid-morning snack...and you can skip lunch...and take a nap instead.

Haven't had the Costco hot dogs but I've had the ones at Ikea. They are NOT good.

So I watched that one and got the pork dumplings. They were great. I had to buy an air firer also to cook them but my wife loves the shrimp cooked in them so it all worked out.

A long time ago one could get onions on top with a onion dispenser that would make them great. Now these days you can only get containers of mustard and ketchup.

I typically eat Hebrew National or Nathan's hotdogs, but Puerto Rican style. Also my mom has this highly charred grilling technique(?) I've grown to crave during the summer after fishing and drinking all day.

/Potato sticks, Adobo seasoned hamburger toppong , and mayo-ketchup are starting staples of Rican hotdogs.
