Even IF we presume she isn't offering a bribe, merely has a fixed budget of $50 million, it makes you wonder why a Senate seat would be worth $50 million of her personal fortune.

According to her latest financial disclosure, which the senator provided to the AJC, her largest transaction involved the sale of $18.7 million in Intercontinental Exchange stock in three separate deals dated February 26 and March 11.

given that she is an elected official and her husband, Jeffrey Sprecher, is chair of the New York Stock Exchange and chair and CEO of its holding company, Intercontinental Exchange
.

Oh, right....

It might be if the Democrat can go out campaigning of "at least I'm not those creeps" on top of his plans to actually, you know, help the people

So, a Republican Congressman is upset that a Republican Senator paid a Republican President to help get her elected?

What is happening...?  Is the whole world on crazy pills?

I'm trying to figure out why Matt Gaetz would give a shiat, other than maybe to try and make himself look like a fair person. Literally makes no sense to me, he's already covered up worse shiat than some insider trading.

Guys... guys.... guys..

Let them fight eachother and talk about all the bribery and corruption in their party.

You know what: at least the corrupt Democrats (and there are some) do things like hand out cash. So someone benefits who is not a politician.

Because he wants Collins to win that seat.

I know this can't be true because if it was Trump would have already pushed Collins out.

You're probably corrupt if you have $50 million laying around in the first place.

What's the matter, Gaetz? Did Orange Hitler toss you under the bus?

Definitely not enough to actual claim that they have found wrongdoing, but the FBI announcing the appearance of wrongdoing just in time for the election.

Matt Gaetz says and does a lot of stuff that makes me think, "Is this guy really a lawyer?".

No heroes in this story. Maybe it'll turn into some loud, incredibly stupid slap fight where everyone airs each others' dirty laundry in case laws start applying to elected officials and wealthy people.

Collins and Loeffler are running against each other?  They are both Republicans, right?
