I agree with you.  And, if Trump clutched his chest and tumbled off his rally stage, I can't imagine not enjoying that.

No, they weren't afraid the crowd would cheer. They knew the crowd would cheer, and trump would eat that shiat up. And then footage of all that would have ended up on TV.
