the only person worse to leave in charge of something while you're away than Donald Trump is Eric Trump

I would sooner believe Trump and co will start shooting judges than believe that anyone related to Trump will be forced to take the stand.

Nothings stopped him before.

I can already tell you all how this is going to play out. The prosecutor already has the answers (and the proof to go along with it) to several criminal acts. They are going to question Eric under oath to shake him up and see what else he may blab about. He's going to lie or refuse to answer questions. The trumpers are going to claim that the leftists are setting up a perjury trap without acknowledging the fact that the questions being asked are directly related to criminal acts by the Trump family.

Klasfeld is who we found out Michael Cohen was reping Sean Hannity through. Here is hoping something similarly juicy here (funniest/most obvious is if Eric claims that documents in 2017 forward involved the decision-making of Donald Trump Sr. and as such are covered by executive privilege.)

This is state court.  Neither donnie or barr has any authority there.

From the Master   (Jewish version)

Oh, God said to Abraham, "Kill me a son"
Abe said, "Man, you must be puttin' me on"
God said, "No" Abe say, "What?"
God say, "You can do what you want, Abe, but
The next time you see me comin', you better run"
Well, Abe said, "Where d'you want this killin' done?"
God said, "Out on Highway 61"

Usually when you're called upon to sacrifice a son, it's one of the better, shinier ones.

They'll still claim "presidential immunity" and tie it up in courts for a decade. Nothing will come of this.

Of course he will, but unlike the House the New York AG will actually use it's power to drag the little shiat in front of a judge.

SPOILERS!

Sheesh.

Are you gonna tell us all that Darth Vader is Luke's father next?

But I guess you did leave off "and the relentless projection campaign will continue, magnified by RWNJs and the affiliated media machine, to manufacture something and accuse Hunter Biden worse, and thereby sow more doubt around the Biden/Harris campaign."

Oops.  More spoilers.  My bad!

Eric isn't the president. And the SCOTUS already ruled that 'presidential immunity' isn't a thing.

But have they ruled that Presidential Son Immunity isn't a thing? We will need at least 8 months to decide that.

Seven Springs! Bought by Trump for about $8M. Maybe worth $18M now. But they claimed it was worth... $229M to qualify for loans?

Funniest thing I saw in the tweet responses was someone trying to claim this is the first time the state of New York has EVER investigated something like this and this is all political, which got a fun response of "wait, you think NY has never investigated tax fraud before?"

Seven Springs is a 212 acres of land purchased by the Trump organization for 7.5 million dollars in 1995, after not being able to turn it into a golf course or find other uses for it decided to donate it for conservation purposes and take a tax write off. The question is they received a tax write off on the value of the property being 21.1 million dollars, did the Trump organization artificially inflate the value of the property to receive a high tax write?

Wow, my face is red, just finished posting in another thread that there didn't seem to be any legal action to coincide w/ the AG's complaint against  Eric.

/ Well this looks interesting.

I got my info from here btw, which has more information in general about what they're asking Eric about:

My guess is there aren't really seven springs, only 2, and they're not really springs, just pipes from an abandoned paper mill nearby.  I'm sure it would make a nice golf course and resort hotel, though.  It's all about image and branding, you know.

There were six springs, but they burned down, fell over and sank into the swamp. But the seventh, lad....

Technically it's "I'm somebody important and you're interrupting my schedule." which falls more on the douchey/condescending side of things, which judges just love.

And the seventh angel brought forth his spring into the air, and a voice cried out "it is done".
