So lobbying and invest groups are doing what they do every election year.

Can we stop linking to the hill if they are going to keep using bsab headline bullshiat.

The article is literally about them prepping for both a trump or biden presidency.

Karishma Shah Page, a partner at K&L Gates, said health care, trade and infrastructure and technology are likely to be on the agenda regardless of who wins.

Yes. The health care and infrastructure plans of the Trump administration, surely, will be on the agendalljk;afsdglkdfg];lbidkfqjdhfl'gbijdtguj'rzgjuoq3EPZgujo'l;/v

The business community would rather have slightly higher taxes than so much uncertainty.

The business community would rather have fascism than taxes.

Trump getting into it with the Chamber of Commerce that they have to withdraw their endorsements of moderate Democrats and endorse Republicans or else he'll be really angry earlier this week was funny.

State Department/Embassies took months to get them up which Trump took as a personal slight, although Tillerson defended it being the result of delays in getting replacements IIRC.

Well that's it then. That sounds exactly as bad as the current administration. I guess there's no choice now but to vote republican.

Preparing for both outcomes is what smart people do. Assuming one outcome and only preparing for that is what idiots do.

I guess we should vote for the guy who is actively getting paid for favors as President then.

Any lobbyist who doesn't prepare now for a Biden victory is bad at lobbying. He might not win, but you certainly can't assume that he won't.

They will kowtow to Trump after he abuses the power of the Presidency to retain office. Once the GOP plays along, as they will, we will officially have a country divided, and there will be major civil conflict.

Judging by the lack of response at this point, absolutely nothing.

Last night I was watching broadcast tv and noticed on the anti Bullock ads, they say he'll work with Pelosi and Biden, and I realized the ad is implying Trump will lose, which I found mildly entertaining.

I wonder when it's going to hit them, that Hunter Biden isn't running for any office, and they are wasting
millions of dollars on ads and air time attacking nothing...

And it's a REALLY REALLY big mistake to try to lump people in with "guilt by association" when
your candidate has a half dozen of his people in Federal Prison, multiple pedophile pals, a bunch of
Russian and Ukrainian mafioso and a bunch of New York scumbags, a bunch of religious grifters
and countless other scum, as close personal friends..
