jjorsett: The fantasy people are spinning now about how we could have stopped this if we had acted early is just that, a fantasy.

Tell that to the countries that have this largely under control by acting early and not calling it a hoax.

Okay..from last year. A waterbottle refilling station at Disney's StarWars land.

Touchless and fills the bottle.

Our local school district just pulled out all the "Water fountains" and placed them with these.
As low touch devices..and knowing 99 present of the kids have their own water bottles now and the district give them one in their welcome pack.

Those classic water fountains...they're out of there. 'high touch' things. It's waterbottles and no touch filling now.

Disney and Disneyworld gets lots of Kudos for their sanitation procures.

If anything they're far more diligent and aware than say your local supermarket. Or delivery service.

Personally, no way I'm going there anytime soon. But I'd feel far more 'safe' at Disney than even Walmart or Publix.-parks-could-be-safer-than-your-local-grocery-store-for-avoiding-covid-19//entertainment/theme-parks/2020/08/17/i-went-to-walt-disney-world-and-i-felt-safer-than-i-do-at-the-grocery-store/

These parks are going to be the touchstone of safety measures for Covid in the long term...because it's not going anywhere anytime soon.

A lot of the Technology and guidelines implemented by Disney should be common place. Even the "Drink Filling" stations at Star Wars Land are now being purchased for schools that are removing water fountains.
