Did they even have buffalo chicken sandwiches back then?

See? A REAL MAN President would have eaten a Bison Burger, medium-well, and with catsup.

And a Fox would have covered up all his shiat.

No.

Invented 1964 at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo.

He was on Carson and Johnny calls it a "Buffalo sandwich".  The guy calls it a "Buffalo barbecue" in the clip.  Must have had a different meaning back then.

How come why did I watch that entire video and they didn't show the alleged sandwich.

Does he have Blanche Deveraeux's half eaten Elvis pork chop?

Dorothy: That's obviously a fake. Elvis would never leave that much meat on a pork chop.

I mean...everyone needs a hobby. I almost want to congradulate this guy on find thing one that celebrates two cornerstones of American culture at the same time: waste of excess and hero worship.

/since the "buffalo chicken" comment was already covered by time I read the thread...

Figured that would be more of a Shelbyville thing.

Never heard the term "Buffalo barbecue" before, but now I kinda want to try making pulled pork using Buffalo wing sauce.

Don't know that it'd offer too much more than regular 'hot' BBQ sauce, but I'm also curious about that now.

Imagine it'd be an interesting color gimmick, at the every least. No reason the sauce wouldn't work as well or maybe even better than chicken.

Report back!

/just reminds me that I'm cooking large about of chicken quarters for visiting family this weekend (yes...I know...not crazy about 'out-of-housers' right now either) and should add Buffalo to the menu. I'll eat it, and leftovers will be frozen for later anyway...

That's the weirdest thing I've ever heard of someone keeping from a celebrity....and the length of time....Yikes.
