The government is funding drug gangs, by creating the black market to begin with.  Can't have drug gangs without a black market.  So the government has to answer for their failure.

Yep, the legal drug market is much more effective at killing people.

The drugs I get are grown at the same place I legally buy them.

I doubt it: every cell phone i've ever owned, when retired has went into the back shelf of my coat closet.  someday when I die they can be disposed of.

I don't know, something about trusting someone else to dispose of something that invariably contains my personal information (even after i wipe it), i just worry about.
