I know people who listened to Jim Cramer.

Cramer played down coronavirus fears, saying that another lockdown in Europe doesn't necessarily mean that the U.S. is trending in the same direction.

He also addressed troubling reports from the finance sector.

"I know that you get a lockdown in Europe and you've got a problem with some banks and that causes us to go down big? I don't know. Doesn't seem right to me," he said in reference reports that banks allowed money laundering for years, involving $2 trillion in transactions in question.

Soooo, one of your biggest markets as signaled it is gonna enter another pandemic related slowdown and you don't think that'll impact the US market? Well, my days of not taking you serious have certainly come to a middle.

Reads snarky Fark headline. Checks S&P 500 chart. Yep, I am better off taking investing advice from that sarcastic and inebriated subby than Jim Cramer.

I don't understand the hate. I've done some investing based off Cramer; my portfolio is up 34% and I've gained $ from some of the stocks he has recommended; Case in point, OKTA....I'm up 284%.

He's not my only investment source, just one of them.

It's quite a bit different for the markets to have random Trump Internet keyboard warriors signalling for civil war, and conservatives pushing full throttle to enact it by forcing through an extremist Supreme Court pick.

What's the difference between investing in a stock and investing in the next trifecta box ticket?

And this downturn hasn't even gotten to the substance of the market. It's just a little froth off the top.

/Sitting on cash, just like before
