Ha! Good one. Myself, I could never remember to check out "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People"  from the library. I suppose I could have written myself a note, but who does that?

I was highly motivated this morning.  Enough so that I can lay on the couch this afternoon and not feel too bad about it.

/Is is beer:30 yet? Why yes it is.

I found that article trite and pedantic. I'm not going to read it off, I'm not going to proofread this post, and I'm not going to mail my taxes in on time either.

There are two ways of performing some nuisance task.

The usual way involves "damnit, I have to do this" because you have procrastinated so long you are forced to.
This other way is to recognize the the nuisance ahead of time and deal with it immediately.

Lets examine the two moods.  The procrastination method results in a negative mood.  The do-it-immediately method results in a positive mood.

Don't procrastinate.  It feels good to be nice to your future self.

I'll do it SOON.

SOON is an acronym. Some Other time Or Never.

Current number of open tabs: >200.

Thankfully there's the Auto Tab Discard extension, or my laptop would be swapping hard.

I finally got around to reading this thread. I should have waited another day, but I actually got bored enough to read the thread.
