Thankfully, no.  We didn't have any here on the east side of the sierra.

I saw some incredible AQI numbers last week for places like Lee Vining and Bishop.


The highest we had were 400, but that is pretty bad.  I've seen them as high as 800 near the fires in CA.  That's nuts.

It was 880 when I was driving along the 5 a couple of weeks ago, didn't think it went that high.

Fark Florida weather.

They really shouldn't play in the early afternoon in Miami until at least October.  During the summer/fall there's a thunderstorm pretty much every day between 2 and 4.


Yep.  And while the weather's usually nice in Florida, having a domed stadium there makes more sense to me, primarily to avoid the storms that you mentioned.  As well as the punishing heat.

Ugh. We were only half that, at 200, and that was bad enough. I can't imagine 2 or even 4 times what we had. Air you need a toothpick for after breathing in. Blech ...

I saw one for 1103 for Lee Vining on Wednesday. I'd imagine that's like a WWI battlefield.

Yeah, I'm annoyed that Tenet was released only in theaters. I want to see it, but not that badly.

I really hope they hold Top Gun 2 until it's reasonable to go again. I mean, our 65" 4K tv with a great sound bar is great...but I want to see that on a giant screen.
