(Threader)   Seems Barr's Mueller report redactions were a bit more false than he let on. And he hid some pretty serious info about Russian election meddling (outside of their cooperation with the Trump Campaign)   (threader.app) divider line

So, one might say that he aided an enemy who was was engaged in warfare against the United States.

Can't seem to remember what the usual sentence is for a crime like that, but I'm sure it'll come back to me like a shot at some point.

I'm beginning to think this Barr fellow is just a crooked lawyer brought in to cover up for Trump's many crimes!

2020-09-19 10:11:57 PM
huh, seems we really *have* been at war with Russia since 2014 (according to the Russians) and that these attacks are coming from the military.

And Barr covered it up.

oh my

i dunno. Covering up crimes (and thus committing treason) seems to be a long way to go for someone in the service of Trump. He was brought in to cover the GOP's asses and hide *their* treason

This doesn't sound like the last scene of my "all my dreams come true" timeline. More please, finishing with barely controlled, fully loaded semi tractor trailer rig unable to stop when the fat arrogant slob is thrown out of what looks a secret service Suburban right in front of it.

This is their treason. The number of GOP politicos not owned and operated by russia is probably small to non-existent.

They've been projecting about that since Glenn Beck and his chalkboard.

I love parts of Russia. Siberia is such a raw land. They could have made it the go to place for fishing or hunting or just nature canoe farking cruises.Or skiing.
They chose poorly..

Russia has been running ops against the planet as a whole since they killed the royal family off.
China has been doing the same since 1948.

Eveybody tries to get over on others- we bust folks from "friendly" countries all the time.

But it really bugs me that one party has embraced a party that used a gun to enforce a regime change is suddenly okay with that kind of action, outright, here, where massholes who did not like the price of tea going up made a big deal about that.

2020-09-20 4:56:30 AM
Wait, wait, wait. Russia's still a country?

A few years back I had a feeling it would all shake out roughly like this, but thought to myself "have faith". I know, I know, I'm the moron here. But still, he seemed like he wasn't okay with the complete breakdown of the american experiment. ... I guess I was wrong.
You know, in a few months, when everything is on fire and the nation lies in shambles, I hope someone walks up to him and spits in his farking eye.

For now.

Between the aging population, and Putin's people stealing the entire country's net worth, it's not going to last much longer.

I would try to forward this to my mom but she wouldn't understand any of it and she'd reflex to "it's a political hit job again!"

I wonder if that's why Sessions got canned. He was more than willing to to edit the report so his boss didn't look bad. But, covering up a full scale attack on America was a bridge too far.

Republicans aren't americans and we need to prepare for their inevitable insurrection when they lose the election despite their attempts to interfere in the vote counting. It's okay to enjoy putting them down when they try to murder and enslave us.

Armed shenanigans mean you are "out there" for the duration and don't get to go home and enjoy electricity, tv, or your apocalypse food.

A few nutbags will come out with guns.  Most are going to curl up with a chicken pot pie and biatch/rant on RWNJ websites.

This is human nature.  No matter how much agitators try to stir it up, it's easy to "support" Trump but these are lazy MFs...fat, lazy, intellectually incurious racist conservatives.  There will be much ass-sitting, whinging and whining.

They want you to think they're ready to go. It is to laugh.

Enjoy? Not sure I agree.

In fact, I don't agree. What am I, a republican, salivating at the prospect of killing people?

That said, they are looking to murder and enslave us, so it's probably best to defend ourselves. I just wish it didn't come to this.

Insurrection? After years of presenting themselves as tough doomsday preppers, those motherfarkers couldn't go two weeks without a trip to a bar or a hair salon, and can't handle a little piece of fabric over their face.

They aren't going to murder or enslave anyone.

Straight-up lies to the American people

With malice a-forethought

This is what Republicans support

Stop the coup, vote Blue!

If we do this, we the People, we can demand a complete investigation without the GOP Trumponian sycophants blocking any evidence as they did in the Impeachment inquiry and trial.

I wanted to trust Mueller based on his career and reputation; hard to say when I lost trust in him or the process. But knowing all of this, and not saying something is cowardly or self-serving. But what can you even do other than shame him?

Man, I fully expect democrats to tell us it's "all bridge under the water," or something once they're elected, and I derive absolutely no joy from that... But seeing unironic "Blue Wave" posts on Fark almost makes me reconsider that.

Anyway, vote blue, but keep throwing soup.

His coming to that conclusion partway through the process could very easily be a major factor in the massive disconnect between content of report and his performance during testimony.
