(Tyler Paper)   To help local businesses hurt by the pandemic, Lindale, Texas created a new festival to replace the one canceled by the pandemic. Everyone is invited. Seriously? Is there no other way to help small businesses that doesn't involve spreading the 'rona?   (tylerpaper.com) divider line

I love how small businesses were destroyed by the lock down. Bezos raked in billions per day, as well as Walmart. One thing people who advocated for a shut down did not know is that small business depends on having customers everyday they are open and the world can not just stop because a virus is loose. We as people adapt not hide.

If only there were legislation to help small businesses catch a break as well as help those not working have more disposable income.

Yell at Moscow Mitch.  That scum had the chance to get small business relief passed, and never did, instead giving bailouts to major companies.

Surprisingly getting crushed by the pandemic, actually. One of the guys on our VFD is a mortician with his own place. No big service with 3 viewings? That is how he makes his dough. I mean he can talk you into a sweet casket for some extra scratch, but if its just immediate family who is footing the bill and nobody else is there to see it, the purse strings tighten pretty damn fast.

There wasn't enough to go around, and to keep a small business open. Large corporations can buffer their losses.

Lindale, Texas will have it's first annual 'Do What You Feel' festival this Saturday whenever you feel like showing up. It will be a welcome change to their 'Do As We Say' festival, started by German settlers in 1946.

Vote Biden and demand he nukes the plague rat hotzones on day one of his presidency.  Anything less than having the federal government sanitizing the hotzones with the heat of atomic fusion is letting the virus win.  We are all in this together!  And anybody not in it with us is an enemy combatant who is actively trying to kill you and everybody you care about.  You have the right and obligation  to protect yourself from their bio terror weapons violence by any means necessary.  If the government wont protect you, morally you are allowed to protect yourself from the bio terror weapons platforms.  Even if they present as humans.  They are infiltrator units that only have the programming to use their bio terror weapons particle to bio convert you into one of their kill machines.

You know what's funny?

If Trump in FEBRUARY when he knew how bad it was leveled with us, locked down totally for just 30 days and then masked up nationally, we would all be 100% open today and deaths would be less than 100 a day with contact tracing in overdrive.

Instead, he lied and lied and lied and made it political and screwed over his own base, then blames it on everyone else.

That's just the funniest thing ever. Depraved indifference and manslaughter is always a big farking joke.

Adapting would have been helping small companies sell online or set up curb delivery/pick up.

That's not how it would have worked.   There's just some conjecture that's been repeated often enough that some believe it.

They had one of the hardest lockdowns and are still here

The bioterror weapons platforms dint care about party affiliation.  They will fo whatever it takes to bio convert you and your family into a kill machine.  Look at Nancy.  Is that a human?   It is a kill machine.  Of course the kill bots would use liberal and conservatives as hosts for their bio terror weapons platforms.  To confuse the actual humans so that they may more effectively infiltrate our society and bio convert or kill more of us.  Why would a human Nancy Pelosi  go and get her hair did during a pandamic?  A human wouldn't.   But a bio weapons platform would, since it might not be programmed exactly right to mimic humans.  Or it found a target to biovoconvert in the salon, knowing that a salon worker biovonverted would have access to many more humans.
