Trump will.  And Yertle will ram it through.  A deal that one side will break with impunity is their idea of perfection.  Even if they aren't the side that can break it with impunity

I don't remember who it was, but I remember hearing some idiot Brexiteer saying how the UK will be better off out of the EU because they will gat a better deal with the USA, including freedom of movement and work. Obviously he didn't know we don't even have that with our neighbors.

As always, the Brits really overestimate their importance.
