I've been a die hard Lakers fan since 1984 but haven't watched them much this season. I think it's because of LeBron. I never liked him.
Just like that year the Lakers had Karl Malone and Gary Payton. I never liked those guys growing up. F*ck Karl Malone. I was glad they didn't win that year. I never wanted him to get a ring.
But... Go Lakers.

Well, I think the Nuggets have failed to score one possession since I tuned in. I predict if they continue to score at that rate, they will win.

what has lebron done to earn your scorn?  he doesn't get into trouble, he's a family man, donates heavily to charity, won titles in miami and his home town of cleveland, inspires others to play well

oh. you dislike him because he is the very definition of a winner.  got it.

And, if you're a Lakers fan, he made them relevant again.

He forced the league to cave to China. He gave up BLM for another. That's just this year. He's a selfish prick and just wants to use basketball to become a billionaire. He writes his own narrative to make himself great only to get a spot in space jam 2. At this point in his career he only acts black when cameras are rolling. Look how fast he forced the league to cancel their strike. He's the 31st nba owner. He's on ownership and capital side. Not the side with any actual people on it. And that's the way he's always been.

You, of course, have literally nothing supporting your claims, but OK.

Chuck just now (directed style Nuggets): "the Clippers ain't coming through that door."  Pitino may not have much of an NBA legacy, but that line is immortal

Yeah, remember back when he was in high school and accepted 2 jerseys as a gift from a clothing store in exchange for posing for photos?  That's a clear violation of OHSAA rules and he should have forfeited his high school eligibility and his NBA career.

It's so selfish to think he can just take money for his labor.

IAmRight:

Here's what I want to know:! assuming the Lakers do win the title, do you really condone Lebron's role in helping Dwight Howard get a ring?  How can you, yourself, live with your role in even *supporting* the acquisition of a ring for Dwight Howard???

At long last, sir, have you no decency?  Have you no shame??

Refs are seriously protecting jokic from that 5th foul

WillofJ2: Refs are seriously protecting jokic from that 5th foul

He's definitely protecting *himself*.  Dwight just finished right next to him and Jokic barely so much as glanced in his direction.  It's going to be nearly impossible for him to stay out of foul trouble against these guys

Feels like Rondo could do this in the playoffs until he's 45, somehow.  Just bring him in at the end of the season each year

Things don't look real great when you spend a whole second half getting blown out and LeBron wasn't really trying to do very much.

I'm actually proud of Lebron, it makes me like him more, that he admitted he is pissed off about only getting 16 first place MVP votes. Good for him.

Conference should matter, and injuries, bucks win when he was hurt, Lakers didn't

His little show in Miami was despicable. Then curled his tail and went back to Cleveland.
Kobe was a winner.

Kobe was gonna leave till they got pau, ran Shaq out and I guess he won by admitting non consensual sex and settling out of court with the victim.

Overall except rings I dont think kobe is better than lebron in any stat
