Happy birthday from your (older, better) friends up north.

/Seriously though, one of the neat things about the NFC North is that it has such historic teams
//Well... three historic teams and the Vikings

A friend of mine is originally from Wisconsin, and as a Packers fan and Vikings HATER...he told me that living in Minneapolis for a few years was his own personal version of hell.

Sid Luckman was around for 12 years, so...12.

The NFL was likely aware of this anniversary a few weeks in advance. How did we not get a Bears / Cards throwback game, instead of that battle for the basement they inflicted on us last night.

Did you guys know the 85 Bears won the super bowl? Ditka and the players from that team don't really talk about it much so it may have flown under the radar

Just let Da Bears have it. They had only 4 short seasons of actually competing with the Queens and Loins, before Favre and Rogers showed up and they just compete for the top 10 draft spots for the last 20 years.

Erik Kramer had  a great year in 95....

Kinda sounds like the Thursday Night game should have been Bears/Cardinals.
