Billie Jean is not my favorite...she's just a girl that thinks that Riggs could have won. But the outcome's much more fun.

Just call it the King Cup and in a few decades people can be like "Why's it called the KING Cup and not the QUEEN Cup?"

Kind of balances out the fact that one of the majors is played in an arena named for an awful, awful homophobe.

/no, not Arthur Ashe
//and I don't think there's anyone named "Wimble Don"
///not sure who Roland Garros was or what he thought about such things

Good luck getting the French to change that name, they can be notoriously stubborn and assholish about such things.

There are enough things named after her.

Maybe we can start thinking of naming things after Martina Navratilova or Stefi Graf, the two best women's players who weren't PED junkies.

Now I'm sad that there's no legend of Wimble Don who comes in late June/Early July to being tennis to all the children of England.
