Since Pluto has five moons, that should make it a planet, no?

What is a ghost ban?  Is that where they throttle you if you post too quickly?

Arkanaut: Tholins

Tholins (after the Greek θολός (tholós) "hazy" or "muddy";[2] from the ancient Greek word meaning "sepia ink") are a wide variety of organic compounds formed by solar ultraviolet or cosmic rays irradiation of simple carbon-containing compounds such as carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4) or ethane (C2H6), often in combination with nitrogen (N2) or water (H2O).[3][4] Tholins are disordered polymer-like materials made of repeating chains of linked subunits and complex combinations of functional groups. Tholins do not form naturally on modern-day Earth, but they are found in great abundance on the surfaces of icy bodies in the outer Solar System, and as reddish aerosols in the atmosphere of outer Solar System planets and moons.

or Tholins Oakenshield.

Perhaps all the colors (assumed to be different flavors) blend all together into something better than the sum of the parts.

That was quite a long explanation for why Pluto is red.  Mysterious powder forms in the Plutonian atmosphere which falls out of the air over the sunny locations.

I think the bartender would give the mixer a dirty look.

That was the explanation for the layers in the atmosphere.

Or maybe I heard it wrong.

I've been making Mai Tai's recently, and evolved this recipe:

1.5 oz light rum
0.5 oz Orgeat syrup
0.5 oz lime juice
2 oz pineapple / orange juice
0.5 oz Cointreau

shake with ice, pour over 3 ice cubes

slowly, over the back of a spoon, pour 1 oz dark rum on top.  Garnish with pineapple slice

The dark rum forms a layer on top, and I like to sip a little of that and a little of the stuff beneath with a straw.  If it was all mixed together, it would be missing something,

In the Pousse Cafe, the different liquors, of different weights, have very different flavors, so it seems it might be best sipped, but you could try mixing it, I guess.

Yes. The burn and taste of the rum undiluted, followed by the other part. Sounds delish.

So... How did they think Pluto has enough energy to have an atmosphere and possibly an internal ocean, instead of being frozen solid? I was a little distracted.

Mmmm, and only three shots of booze.  Pouring the dark rum on top takes practice.  and more practice. hiccup
