Which country's leader claimed that they didn't have anything against gay people, their country simply didn't have any?  Was it Singapore or that asshole from the Philippines?

It's all a cover to appease the conservatives. My friend who lived there for awhile talked about how everyone was prim and proper Muslims during the day, but as soon as the sun set they were all at the underground bars drinking smuggled in Grey Goose and smoking hash. Like every autocratic system, everyone acts the part just enough to keep their heads attached to their bodies.
