(Axios)   WH doubling down on Trump not having a series of strokes, force WH physician to make a statement. With this amount of spin, we'll find out Trump actually died on the table and was brought back to make us suffer. Like an Anti-Jesus   (axios.com) divider line

It's actually Trump's stupider twin, you can tell by the goatee.

/Well, of course the goatee isn't on his face

In the shiat show news cycle we currently have, even a momentous revelation like the president getting medical attention for an unknown condition would be forgotten in 24 hours.  But then Trump couldn't help but shout WHAT STROKE I DIDN'T HAVE A STROKE into the Twitter machine, and kept it alive.  Now it's virtually guaranteed this story will be around for a week or longer.

The press will be reporting about the fact that the White House is trying to get in front of the story that he had a stroke.  Which will cause the WH to issue a weird and over the top response to that, which will become its own story, which the WH will feel compelled to rebut, which will become another story; ad infinitum.

Turns out there actually is a drawback to being a thin-skinned insecure narcissist unable to let anything slide.

Wait: the president "has not experienced nor been evaluated for" a stroke or mini-stroke

So he might have had one and they just didn't check? They're using "Testing means it happened" for if the President had a stroke?

Jesus.  The country just about shut down because Reagan had polyps up his ass.

188,686 deaths, many of which were due to strokes caused by COVID-19--even in young people--are the only strokes we give a shiat about at this point.

I don't have mini-strokes.  If I had a stroke it would be YUGE, the biggest stroke anyone very had.  OK?   The thing with my foot is just the bone spurs.  Right?  The rumor that I brained my damage are entirely false.  Purple monkey spatula.

Bootleg: Wait: the president "has not experienced nor been evaluated for" a stroke or mini-stroke

So he might have had one and they just didn't check? They're using "Testing means it happened" for if the President had a stroke?

No, no, they know he hasn't experienced a stroke because they believe, and therefore there was no cause for evaluation either.

2020-09-01 6:10:51 PM
They just made him take that basic cognitive test for fun.  Beause that's a routine test they give to all the presidents.

The best part is bunkie brought it up first. Everyone else was talking about Pence taking over if need be. No one mentioned stoke at all.

Yay.

"He gave Biden the respect and responses he deserved!"

I'm re-bingeing Community and last night watched the one where the teenagers mock the group by saying "A-dur" and "Schmitty!" repeatedly. This could happen during the debate.

Alright, hear me out.

Kim Jung-Un's sister actually succeeded in killing him months ago, that's why he hasn't been seen. Trump secretly escaped to N korea during that time and has replace Kim and is reclaiming power in the area.

"has not experienced nor been evaluated for" a stroke or mini-stroke, in response to "recent public comments regarding his health."

If he hasn't even been evaluated in light of the symptoms he is displaying then his physician is negligent.

That is a test for dementia, the test for stroke is pretty different. I suppose there may be a bit of overlap on certain items, but not a lot.

It couldn't be more obvious that the Disney Imagineers were sculpting Hillary's face, but when the election threw them for the loop, they couldn't stomach starting from scratch to put this farkwit in The Hall Of Presidents so they just tweaked the Hillary face until it looked like....well, like Mason Verger after he got blitzed on PCP and was talked into smashing a mirror and using one of the shards to peel off his face and feed it to the dogs and the medics pumped the dog' stomachs the restore as much of the skin as possible and then it was grafted back onto his face.

I'm not sure they even needed to bother with the cover-up. Let's say they came out with the following statement:

"The President, an otherwise healthy man, suffered a series of micro-strokes today. He was evaluated for the impact, and while he has temporarily lost some fine motor control, he underwent a full battery of cognitive testing and passed with flying colors. In the case there had been an issue, VP Pence was standing by to assume the duties as is guaranteed by the Constitution. Fortunately, this was not necessary. Physical therapists from the military will be assisting in his recovery to his full and usual health."

Would your opinion of Trump change?

A) No. You are not a believer. You already know they're liars, but Trump has always been an farking idiot, so what else is new?
B) No. You are a believer. You know the President is a stable genius, and your thoughts and prayers are with him, as always.
C) No. You are politically apathetic and shrug, thinking "Well, at least Pence is there to take over if there's an issue."

The press talks about it for a day, once in a while the secretary talks about the progress if asked ("Great headway but these things always take time, anyone with an older relative knows."). Over, done with, sympathetic, and small stuff like the water glass, the ramp, etc stops being fodder for mockery.
