LeBron passes quite a bit, Subby. Unless you're talking about passing gas, then this is a terrible comparison.

The most assists per game Kobe ever got across a season was 6.3. He broke 6 APG three times in twenty seasons.

The fewest assists per game LeBron has had across a season was 5.9. He broke 6 APG sixteen times in seventeen seasons.

Subby, your joke is bad and you should feel bad.

Subby obviously doesn't watch basketball.

I mean, he had 114 more assists this year than the #2 guy, Rubio.

He's averaging double digits in assists this year FFS.

Kobe passing is so rare that when it does happen it makes international news.

Glad to see we're piling on subby, just wanted to make sure.

The Googles Do Nothing: Kobe passed this year.

You sly bastard, that got a dark chuckle out of me.

Also, last year they complained that LB passed too much and that was costing them games.

American-Irish eyes: Also, last year they complained that LB passed too much and that was costing them games.

So, his first year with the Heat, he actually was passing too much.  Deference to Wade and not comfortable being The Man in terms of taking over scoring when it matters.

Now he's used to that *and* he's great at passing.  But at some point, no matter how immune to age he is, there's going to be another transition where the best thing they can do is have AD take over scoring.  (He's officially in a place where no one knows how to stop him, and a lot of that is LBJ setting him up perfectly).

I think winning a title depends on the Lakers figuring out exactly when to switch from LBJ being The Man to AD being The Man.  I think this is one tiny advantage that the Clippers have; they know Kawhi is The Man and PG is a willing #2 (highly overqualified for 2nd banana, but perfect at it).

Having said all that, I hope the Raptors shock the world again and prove that (a) still first and foremost a team game and (b) coaching matters now more than ever in the NBA.  This concludes my way-too-much-analysis-that-no-one-asked-for, thank you for your time

Lebron ranks 8th all time in total assists.  Subby is a moron

#4:  Vince Russo starts booking the NBA.

LeBron could miss every FGA for gthe next two seasons and still not equal Kobe's record for bricks.   That is ths only thing Kobe has on LeBron.

LeBron led four conference championship teams in points, assists, and rebounds.   The only other player to do that was Hakeem.
