1) Subby missed an obvious 'Spliffy' joke
2) Us Mainers have been aware of our State's ability to drag its feet for forever. Having LePlague didn't help.
3) We're super lucky to have Mills in power, LePlague would have lived up to his name with COVID. 
4) Knowing that LePlague sucks balls, it has become ridiculously easy to get your Official Pot Med Card. 
5) I paid $50 for mine, had it the same day thanks to http://cheapmedcardsme.com/. 
6) We have excellent, excellent dispensaries (Bites into 20mg per square chocolate crunch bar).

Collins screwed the pooch on Rape RapeBro and Gideon is a strong candidate.

I agree on all this, most of the delay was lepage refusing to listen to the voters. Then when Mills came in they had to start from scratch to set it up, so I understand the wait.  But our med system is really easy to deal with so it hasn't been a huge issue.
I do want to add that we have incredible weed.  I would put Maine weed up against shirt from anywhere. Most of New England is at least med legal, but tons of people drive up here.  My favorite shop has strains that sell out in a day because people come from Mass and Vermont to max buy.  They cannot grow enough to keep up.

We do have shiat corporate shops too, but let the speedo tourists at the dirty dorch buy that garbage.

Have to say the two dispensaries I still visit (no they can't deliver to my area "yet") are the most vigilant about plexiglass, keeping it down to one or two customers inside at a time, masks, wipes, etc. of the few businesses I frequent in person.

Hannaford will steam them for you for no extra charge bub. Just pick and toss with mayo.  shiat they usually cook a couple and throw them in a cooler, grab and go, real cheap.

They don't allow us to grow and it costs me about $450 a year to be legal with medical here in Florida. I did just get 20% THC ground flower 7 grams for $25 though.

If I could grow I would grow Laughing Buddha from Barney's Farm in Amsterdam, a sativa that is a combination of Thai and Jamaican sativa parents. It was the first legal weed I ever bought, and it made me giggle like a little girl.


total cost this year for me to be legal and grow this year was $175. if the prices at the dispensaries are going to be what i anticipate, i could go through $175 worth in about 3 days.

there are SO many strains i want to grow! but that takes TIME, and my tent is only big enough for two plants...
