Apropos of nothing, I AM curious what happens when 37 officers fire their tasers simultaneously.

Total protonic reversal.

I'm beginning to think the only way he leaves office is by being dragged out.

Dont worry he'll have blackwater mercenaries protecting his ass when the secret services walk out.

The army will need to march on the white house and his praetorian guard slaughtered for him to leave.

Careful, his mercenaries are a formidable lot.

I both do and do not envy the folks who will do the dragging.

I don't envy them, because they'll be carrying 400 pounds of ballast at least half a mile.

And I do envy them, because f*ck Nazis.

Dwayne Johnson is a big guy and he probably still remembers a few holds. He'd be good at delivering a one liner too.

Biden should deputize Hillary as Sergeant At Arms the second he is sworn in,  and have her and a team of secret service agents drag him off the Capitol steps to an awaiting van that takes him back to NY to face State money laundering and tax evasion charges.  She'd get to send him off with a "Lock him up", as well.

I harbor a secret hope that a grand Jury hands down an indictment while he is still taking his final flight aboard Marine One and they get an order to alter their flight plan from Mar-a-Lago to Ft Leavenworth

trump* suporters are anti-American filth.  No exceptions.

I'd love to see trump* dragged from the White House on January 20th.  Preferably posthumously.

Spray paint the van with "You're FIRED!" and you got yourself a huge dose of awesome!

kbronsito: Nabb1: kbronsito: The judge should have demanded that the guy elaborate on his assertion that the judicial doesn't have that authority but with a warning to watch himself during his explanation, because at the first sign of disrespect, he'll get tossed into a cell for contempt. Trump and the other fascist aholes wish they had that power. But no one in America is legally required to respect cops, presidents, or anyone else. Other countries do have laws that can get you arrested for disrespecting authority figures. In America, only judges have that power. But only while you are in the court room. If your neighbor judge is being a dick, you can tell him to go fark himself. Although I wouldn't do that. Having a judge in good terms with you can come in handy.

The judge put the question to a DOJ attorney in court, in reference to an out-of-court statement made by someone else (an agency official) who was reacting to the decision back in June.  The headline is rather, shall we say, unclear about that

I thought the lawyer was DHS too. Probably not fair to put the DOJ attorney on the spot for the DHS aholes. Then again. The head of the DOJ is also a huge ahole shiatting on the rule of law. But still not entirely fair to make the DOJ attorney sweat to defend stupid shiat said by another agency.

If Barr is pulling the strings they are effectively the same agency. I would guess Barr is doing a lot we don't know about yet.

Uh, the DOJ generally represents the government in court, regardless of the executive department involved.

So same law, upheld by one SCOTUS ruling, overturned by another. One or the other of them must have then had no basis in law.  Yet another Fark faux-rage.

At the current rate of active treason and destruction, he's going to 'win'. And not enough Americans have any guts to fight a civil war to remove him, plus he'll be able to get all the help he needs from Russia the military, police, and border patrol.

Fixed

I'm sorry to have to say this (Canadian) and I'm sure this is already in the minds of most educated Farkers, but if Trump 'wins' a second term, and no one does anything about it, knowing he absolutely, with irrefutable proof, cheated to win, America, democracy, the great experiment, is absolutely, completely dead with no coming back.

And If it comes to pass, your future as a country is also doomed.
