The guy covered up Iran-Contra.

You think he cares about protesters in D.C. or Portland?

This seems like the sort of thing where, if courts did their jobs in good faith, he could have a real problem on his hands.

Sorry, I needed a good laugh. We all know crimes don't count for republicans.

I'd like to see the day when Barr is charged and imprisoned.  He is an enemy of freedom.

He might be moving in front of Turtle as the first one that should be stood up against the wall.

Prison very well may be the safest place for these scumbags.

He's not trying to hide it.

Metaphorically, because everyone knows he's not actually a turtle.

When the two other co-equal branches of government will not uphold the law then the country is effectively without laws.  THAT is where we are.  Thanks Turtle.  Thanks SCOTUS.

Tough for Barr to look innocent when he looks like every online pedo ever portrayed on SVU.

Summary: Barr doesn't think the law applies to him.

No, he is not.

Your "ideal" of freedom, is not the "reality" of freedom that someone as tenured in politics as Barr.

Given that you have zero knowledge of what freedom means in the political landscape, we should all defer to Barr.

He knows what freedom is, not you. And he'll gladly tell you what your freedom is, and is not.

This is what America voted for in 2016.

Don't give me that "popular vote" crap. The rules are the rules, and when half of you sit home, you get what you deserve.

Go ahead. Sit home again.

Biden isn't my first choice either, but we now have exactly two choices. Choose wisely.

Don't wait for election day: register now and vote early. This time, more than any other time, it actually matters.

Well the courts can't do anything until someone brings it to them.  We just need the Justice Department to move this forward.  The person we really need to have act is [checks notes...] some guy named William Barr.  He'll get right on it I'm sure.

"Qualified immunity", eh?
I wonder if he has "rooftop immunity"?

Not that I would condone such a thing, but I've been told that, maybe, some people have that option. I'm not sure, I just heard that somewhere from someone... *shrug*

Ooh! Pear of anguish! Haven't heard that in in a while. I imagine they just call it 'another Friday night' in Oz lands ugly sister. But hey, when the sheep outnumber the women 4 to 1 whatevs. Though the Thompson Twins do live there. So there's that.

He always reminds me of like a Patton Oswald or Sean Austin playing a vilian role. You know they're the bad guy right from the beginning but they play up the nice guy act until the final confession scene where they go from nice guy to psychopath once it's clear they're not getting away with it.

Bill Barr looks like Ralphy from A Christmas Story all grown up and, of course, evil. I wonder where the tipping point was. I guess maybe wearing that pink bunny suit really did change him or the secret decoder pin disappointment just made him numb.

They are woven into the cloth now, boys and girls. Complete eradication and extinction is not even a solution anymore.
They have shown us the benefit of cheating.
They have taught us how to lie.
We know of grift and greed now.

We will become them.
But worse.

Or we could all just watch Mary Tyler Moore reruns and eat Taco Bell and ice cream. That should numb it out for awhile...

Qualified immunity is total bullshiat.  What part of Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances do they not understand?

Oh, I see.  It only applies to Congress establishing laws.  It doesn't apply to federal goons abridging the freedom of speech, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances against the man who ordered it.

Qualified immunity protects him from legal justice. Vigilante justice doesn't give a fark about what paper you can slide across a desk.

I suggest a more concrete solution to the problem.
