A nice chimi recipe.  Needs more cheese to catch my taste(1 cup for a whole pan...really?), but I approve wholeheartedly.

This is true, and it is probably delicious. But to me, a chimi isn't a chimi unless it's deep fried.

Of course, I won't ever make them because of the aforementioned messiness.

Why not just fry it in a skillet in a little oil if you don't want to hassle with deep frying?
