You can actually stock up on electricity for next time.  But it is sort of hard to stock up on the internet, unless you are into Kindle Books and downloaded movies.

I'm still on MSNBC. Rachel is on and she's talking about Kamala Harris. *squee!*

It's been an exciting afternoon for me. I was hoping for Harris.

Close enough.  Mussolini.  I wonder if people in 2120 will still be resorting to Nazis for prurient television mysteries.

Man, I'm tired. I just zonked out. It could be the Kratom. I found this red vein variety that feels like a hydrocodone when you take it.

Did it dry up?  I thought there was some water feature, maybe a river?  A fountain?  Waterfall?  One of those peeing statues?

There are different strains (white vein, green vein, and red vein) and they have small differences depending on where it's grown, ie Vietnam, Bali, Thailand, Malaysia.

Well, the nearby lake is not mine. But it would be nice to have the boat in case of a flood or something. It had bidets.

The mitragynine (sp?) is one of the compounds in it is an opioid agonist that locks onto receptors like opioids do, but it's a looser bond. I've never found my breathing go shallow. It's great for pain. It completely takes the pain of my arthritis in my C5-C7 away.

Oh, nice.

So, they'll soon make it illegal, of course.

I was returning a call to a headhunter today, and must have added a number, and it started calling Pakistan.  I couldn't stop it, none of the dial screens had a hang-up icon, so I rebooted my phone, but I think it still connected.

Green and white strains are a stimulant (the plant is related to coffee), especially in higher doses. The red veins in smaller amounts are really mellow and are more like a pain pill. They all help with mood. It's used as a step down from opioids without having to go on bupenorphrine or suboxone, or methadone. It helps people come down slowly without going through the rough withdrawal.

They've already tried and people went berserk. The FDA and DEA tried to make it illegal, but the pushback was huge. They're trying behind the scenes now. If there's money to be made from prohibition, they'll do it. It's just a matter of time.

Head shops or online. It's only illegal in a couple of states and a handful of cities.
