MythDragon: Flappyhead: Still have a copy on my PS3

I had a copy, until my PS3 (original 60gb backwards compatible) shiat the bed. Never did get to finish it. I was on one of the last few chapters, got into something else for a bit, my PS3 died, and when I went to download it again, it was like "nope!". How can they just take back something you paid for?  Shouldn't they issue refunds?

This too.

If you sell a digital product, it should be sold. Forever.

I understand when server based games are scuttled,  but even then it should be legal to run a third party server.

Scott Pilgrim is Canadian, Tonto.

There was an interesting debate a while back about how to capture things like the Eve experience.
There is no replacement for other players but if you can legally run a server then its at least a start. Maybe they can record the activities of players for a period of time and replay it so you can experience the dickishness first hand.

I'm entirely in that camp tho. Once a piece of media has been published it becomes part of the public consciousness. Yes the writer and the publisher should be able to make a profit, but if they choose not to then the people should not be deprived. National value would be lost if we can't archive the works that define us.
Even if its a bad product, even if its controversial (especially if its controversial), it should be accessible.

dyhchong: Dimensio: dyhchong: Underwater Bystander: Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword?

Sorry I bought a PS3 instead of a Wii. I guess the Zelda with motion controls that make emulating it borderline impossible will never be re-released.

/also Metroid Prime 3
//I did have the Scott Pilgrim game on PS3 though, so that's something

Eh, Skyward Sword was a good game, but I wouldn't exactly say it was a good Zelda game, probably one of the lessers Zelda games.

I have a Wii but you can emulate the game, and Wii controllers are bluetooth so there's nothing really stopping you. And you can get a USB sensor bar.

Also Wii's are dime a dozen so there's that as well.

I've never known of a Scott Pilgrim game. Is it good? Or is it good because you can't have it?

It is a well-made beat-em-up with fantastic music and a style primarily borrowed from River City Ransom but with shout-outs to all manner of classic games put in throughout.

Hmm, that didn't really answer the question. It was more a description of something that indicated that it had some good features.

I created a well-made poo this morning, good shape, all in one piece but I'd only tell Fark about it and wouldn't recommend anyone else experience it.

If you like beat-em-up games like River City Ransom then you will probably find it a good time.

If you dislike beat-em-up games then you will not like it. If you prefer beat-em-up games that take themselves more seriously or that are more arcade like (without the attribute upgrade system of RCR) then you might prefer something like Streets of Rage 4.

Alphax: I have no idea what it's talking about.

The Scott Pilgrim vs the World beat-em-up available on Xbox 360 and... I think PS3.

I still have it somewhere on my JTAGed Xbox 360 Slim. *shrug*
