Social distancing is impossible on planes, so most people aren't going to fly any time soon.

/especially in countries where the pandemic isn't well controlled.

Southwest didn't alert me via e-mail but my Oct. 1 travel plans were cancelled.  This will be repeated thousands of times by all of the airlines because federal supports run out Oct. 1.

/Make sure that you get your prepaid fees.  I had to call to get them applied.

fark the airlines.  It's been nearly 20 years since 9/11 and all they've done to improve their disaster recovery plan is how to better lobby Congress for bailouts.

I flew at the beginning of the month. It was one of the smoothest experiences I have had in an airport and I still regret it.
