Sounds exactly like the kind of behavior you would expect from someone who drinks a slurpee at 9:20 sm

If you have to ask the price of a slurpee, you can't afford it.

"During police questioning, Duffy recalled there previously was "an incident" in which he "was being charged too much for a drink." But Duffy did not recall knocking the Slurpee out of the worker's hand."

That's the nice thing about video evidence, the tape remembers it for you.

ManifestDestiny: How the farking fark is that a FELONY battery?

Years ago Florida had something called, "10, 20, life". Meaning your first felony conviction was 10 years mandatory, second 20 years mandatory, and third life. Some guy with two priors famously stole a piece a pizza from a picnic, which was a violation of his parole and thus a felony resulting in life, no parole.

Apparently, the man had brain freeze before he tried to buy the Slurpee.

Everybody likes to feel better than someone, but "I'm better than a guy who buys a slurpee at 9:20 sm" is a pretty low bar.

July was free slurpee month at our local 7-11. Soooo....I wonder if free was too much?

you can be having a civilized conversation with a cop, and if you are gesturing and you happen to very gently brush or lie you finger upon the cop they can and will arrest you and charge you with assault of a police officer. those folks are not out to make friends.
