Hey, W spent most of his second term clearing brush on his ranch.  That's pretty hard work.

Of course, he was ignoring two wars and a recession.  But whatevs, he seemed like someone it would be fun to get a non-alcoholic beer with.

We used to think that presidents couldn't do things like that, then Barack Obama showed us the way when he said he wouldn't enforce immigration laws against certain classes of illegal aliens. Now we know that presidents can selectively enforce any damn thing they want, so welcome to a payroll tax holiday. Next, maybe we'll get half off our income taxes.

Unfortunately, it turns out a president can pretty much do whatever the fark they want when the senate majority leader, attorney general and the majority of the supreme court are all complicit.

Imagine that, a president can just turn off or turn on a tax at will, on caprice.  Why didn't all those presidents, since the income tax amendment, do that with income tax?

Why did George Washington, lead our state militias against tax evaders in 1794 in the Whiskey Rebellion?

Maybe Trump should tax Tweets if they don't go his way.
