It just means that the good managers left pretty quickly.

They do have two WS wins, and as someone who has lived near the Mariners and Rangers...I bet they'd trade histories.

Fun fact: The Marlins and the Rockies have 3 WS appearances, 2 WS titles (both by the Marlins), and 0 division titles combined.
