If we'd had this pandemic in the 90's the effects would have been more noticeable.

It's really because we waited so long.  We should have started decades ago.

Well, the silver lining of the pandemic is it allowed for an interesting proof of concept.

So we now know we would need like 120 pandemics to get the results we seek
