I'm in PACER all the time. Bills go to the company, though. I thought the costs were reasonable for what I was getting.

Oh yeah.

That means other "user" fees will go up.  This sort of thing always ends up foisting a cost downstream onto someone ekse.

Like bankruptcy filing fees for broke people. Because $335 is already a huge barrier for low-income folks.
