It's even more important to wear rubbers when it's dry, because rubbing without lubrication leads to tissue damage that makes HIV transmission more likely.

If you test people for HIV all you'll get are more HIV positive people. Stop the testing, lower the numbers.

The people most likely to get HIV are the least likely to get screened and the least likely to change the behaviors that will cause them to spread it to others.
