I used to work at a dry cleaner, if you are dry cleaning any thing with spandex you might as well just wash it on cold and hang dry. Spandex turns the solvent red, so it's not going in the machine,but will cost just as much.

This sort of gadget might actually make sense for someone who's spending $100/week on dry cleaning.

Five years since my last suit-required gig, but they didn't require something fancy enough to get married in, so I usually wore something I'd gotten at a big thrift store for $5.  If it got dirty, that just meant another trip to a big thrift store.
/meanwhile my boss was wearing $150 neckties.

I'd rather have a start button or a timer knob.

Otherwise when they turn their server off or they stop updating their app, your smart closet is now a closet.

I'll install it right next to my kitchen cabinet/dishwasher combination from 1966.
