But my red rectangle will allow it only if it has reasonably been determined that the sun has burnt out.

A state where you can't buy NON-ALCOHOLIC BEER before noon on Sundays.

I was searching the Congressional Record for the text of the bill but all I found was this picture.

Recession is the best time to legalize it, new industry with new jobs and new tax revenue to help pull the economy up. I'm just hoping we have enough rich people on board this time for it to actually happen.

This is sofa king past efng time. Tragic in the damage to human life by "law enforcement" and incarceration to wit, affecting us all. Unproductive use of resources, social and tax consequences of lucrative black markets which corruptly subvert society, and hide wealth as well as sponsor other extra legal abuses and markets.  Prohibition never ever works. Did I mention prohibition never efng works? Regulation, taxation, education and infrastructure and empowered, intelligent, and moderated oversight create healthy society/government.

Simply removing cannabis from being a schedule 1 drug with no medical value is not that hard.
President Biden can issue an executive order that directs the Attorney General to declassify marijuana as a controlled substance. It solves the majority of the issues. States can decide if it is legal in their state. The Cannabis industry could use traditional banking systems and not have to have huge amounts of cash on hand.

Interesting.

Yes, silly. Everything good that happens is because of Trump's benevolence and strategic thinking. Everything bad that happens is because of them dirty libs. It's really not that hard.

Your dispensary called, and there's a misprint on your prescription. Turns out you're only supposed to take two edibles every twelve hours.

Pot, is the only thing that helps with COVID.

When I was in the throes of the rigors, edibles was the only thing that enabled me to somewhat sleep.

As the disease moves through you, you're left with levels of tired that are unimaginable. Not being able to lift yourself off the bed to go to the bathroom terrible. It then robs you of any rest whatsoever by giving you the absolute worst insomnia known to man.

Edibles helped. They helped a LOT. So much that I consider them essential to getting yourself through it, god forbid you come down with it.

This reminds me of smoking weed with a Republican in college around 1995/1996.

Actual quote:  "No, like, the Republicans totally want to legalize weed, dude, but the Democrats won't let them."

Legal pot has done wonders for my anxiety here in Oklahoma.

I've been pulled over for speeding with weed, gummies and vape pens in the bag next to me and was so happy getting that ticket in Dewer, OK.  Couldn't care less that it was $200.

The cop wanted to bust me for it, you could tell.  He tried to give me a lecture about pot and if I wouldn't have burst out laughing so hard at his after school special idea of pot, I might have just been given a warning.

It's an essential business in a pandemic here in Oklahoma and a few states away in any direction except southwest you're going to jail.

2020-08-04 4:05:59 PM
So in some states, you can go to prison for having this stuff. In Oregon, they'll deliver it to your house. That's messed up.

Covid-19 has filopodia, and apparently cannabis interferes with the wiggle of filopodia.

And isn't the danger of getting robbed much more when you're a cash only business? I mean, come on people get with the times. You'd think cops would want less work.
I just hate they can't take cards. Before I go get weed I have to actually find an Automated ATM Teller Machine and get money out like it's the 1990s.

Not only does it need to be removed as a schedule 1 drug, it needs to be studied forafor medical uses once it's legal.

And once it's legal anyone incarcerated for using or selling it needs to be freed and their records expunged.

I was debating getting a britbox subscription because someone told me they had classic Doctor Who. Now I need to look into this Pluto TV thing. I have too many streaming services... All the people who are saying something will kill Netflix obviously doesn't just subscribe to everything. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO, Funimation, Crunchyroll, and Disney + for me and still less then half of what cutting cable cost me.
