The wife wants to do a home version of this but I'm skeptical of running water through half-pipes from kitchen to dinner table. She did manage a sort of redneck kaiten-zushi last week using our son's old plastic train track set with modified battery-powered locomotives. Such is life in the time of coronavirus.

This reminds me of eating ice cream "sundaes" out of metal rain gutters at scout camp.
