Anyone who's worked in the kitchens knows that the farker who doesn't cook shouldn't run the place.

I've run the place. I cooked. I worked in Escoffier style kitchens. The customers never got a good product because THEY WEREN'T ALL ESCOFFIER LEVEL COOKS
