I'm guessing Chester isn't doing many of the vocals...

I have been told not to trust the Linkin project.

Shout-out to their collaboration EP with Jay-Z, Collision Course. One of the few mashup projects that really works.

Albums I really liked (but didn't buy) in high school are 20 years old now. Yep.

/Come to think about it, the ones I actually did buy are 20 years old now as well

Ah, yes, the album I revisit when I want to really channel my 14-year-old self.

In my area at the time, Linkin Park spawned a plethora of dual singing rap/rock local bands that were all trying to inject themselves in the somewhat healthy hardcore/punk scene and it was really awkward.

Totally this. Neither J Zee or Linkin Park is my cup of tea, but that mashup kicks lot of ass! :)

Capo Del Bandito: Whiny pre-Millennial music for everyone!

"Pre-Millenial"

Came out in the year 2000.

Stop for a second and figure out what wrong with that statement. Take as long as you need.

I think Linkin Park sucks but I'll be damned if I don't like them anyway.

I think in part it's due to my son MST3King them in the car one time.

LP (sings): CRAWLING IN MY SKIN, THESE WOUNDS THEY WILL NOT HEAL
Son: You got bot flies, dude
LP: FEAR IS HOW I FALL, CONFUSING WHAT IS REAL
Son: Bot flies are real

Eddie Hazel's E string: collaboration EP with Jay-Z, Collision Course

The best think Linkin Park ever did was Re-Animation. Specifically the DVD-Audio version of that album. Never a huge Linkin Park fan but those remixes actually make the band sound good. Add in surround sound and I played the shiat out of that album. It was done quite well.

Just looked it up- I'll check it out. Some mighty fine rappers on there, like Aceyalone and Chali 2na. Had no idea this existed.
