The Pollock family is struggling with whether to have him cremated or extend his legacy by turning him into delicious fish sticks.

His death was significant because he made Lucas wealthy?

You could argue he was directly responsible for Jar Jar.  No thanks.

The first deal we did was a two-picture deal at United Artists Corporation for George to write a script called American Graffiti, and for an untitled science fiction movie, in nine parts.

And yet there are still people who claim Lucas didn't have sequels and prequels in mind when he made Star Wars.
