Pocari replenishes water and electrolytes - a set of minerals your body needs to function - lost through sweat.

Also, signs seem to indicate that we'll soon be using it to grow crops

That's been in Japan for years. I used to get some from combini's and vending machines now and then. Kind of tastes like Squirt soda.

I miss that stuff. I never could figure out what it tastes like. Kind of pina colada-ish?

Wait, what? Wikipedia says it's grapefruit? fark outta here.

Aquarius was better though. It was the Coca-Cola branded knockoff. I would walk straight from the gym to Family Mart and get a whole liter of that stuff and drink it on the way home at least once a week.

Uh, no. Marty ordered a Pepsi Free. See, that was the joke. "Can I have a Pepsi Free?" "No, you'll have to pay for it."

I've had it, and I think the taste is better than Gatorade. The subtle sweetness is much better than the treacly Gatorade.

But it's not as good as Gatorade Cookie Dough Sport.

More to the point, does it have what pets crave?
