Maybe Trump's problem is not Parscale; maybe it's him.

Stunning insight, Sherlock.

Maybe Trump has what political ad makers call the "Dog Food Problem." The nutritionists concoct the healthiest dog food;

By no stretch of the imagination is anything related to Trump "healthy."

Parscale should not have told Trump to promote injecting bleach the cure COVID-19.  Maybe Pascale should not have told Trump to walk down a ramp like he was drooling idiot hopped up on Thorazine.  Perhaps Parscale should not have coached to ignore Russian bounties on killing American soldiers.

Clearly, Parscale is a real asshole and it serves him right that Trump isn't letting him nail Hope Hicks anymore.

Maybe the only think that matters right now is the hundreds of thousands of people dying of a preventable disease in our country and Trump totally ignoring it.

The problem is 30% of our population has been conditioned by decades of right-wing lying that dog turds taste good.

But they keep using the whistle, and the dogs keep coming.

2020-07-17 1:20:40 PM
Donald Trump's problem is nothing remotely like what the headline describes. I'll try to rephrase it more accurately:

Donald trump is dog shiat. Graphic designers don't want to work with him so his campaign tried to use the poop emoji and are now in a court case over copyright violations, but in the meantime one of Trump's appointed judges has given them a ruling that they can use it until the case is decided so the plan is just to delay till after the election. The good ad directors won't work with them so Jared got one of his aides kids hooked up with a 100k/yr taxpayer funded salary to edit together clips of Joe Biden overdubbed with isis music and with a heavy film grain effect. Sometimes he does the glowing red eye filter too. Most of what is created is unusable because it's too badly mixed for television stations to run. Luckily Facebook has no ad standards so they get them on there. Also some competent Republicans are end running around the trump campaign to use competent folks to try to create misleading ads to prop trump up. The Russians are helping too with Facebook posts. There is still a fundamental underlying problem. Trump is dog shiat and only 35% of the country is willing to shovel steaming dog turds into their flabby drooling mouths while yelling about how they are owning the libs by eating dog turds and they actually taste great but democrats are too pussy to try it. Fundamentally the Republican party realizes the only path to victory is finding a way to make sure that only people who can prove they've eaten at least 14 dog turds are allowed to vote.

I pictured a handsome dog, walking up to a bowl of food, sniffing, then looking up to its master with that begging face, trying to say, "I can haz something better?" It was a cute little scene.
It's so rare to see something truly heartwarming on the Politics tab. I guess what I'm trying to say, subby, is thank you.

Trump ought to fire his entire Secret Service staff as government waste and get himself a glorious golden convertible.
Send out a schedule, then his adoring fans can line the streets and wave to him.

Dallas is a good city to start the tour.
Nothing bad ever happened there and everyone is a gun owning Republican, so no antifa to worry about.

Except the logo is a Confederate flag superimposed over a Twitter logo and a swastika, and those aren't dogs in a meadow, it's footage of cops kneeling on a man's neck until he dies while Kid Rock plays, interspersed with shots of refrigerated trucks and mass graves in major cities and screaming children in metal cages.  And the producers can't figure out why customers are burning the stores.

UNC_Samurai: The problem is 30% of our population has been conditioned by decades of right-wing lying that dog turds taste good.

There's always 30%.  It's not the fault of the right wing sound machine, although they certainly knew how to take advantage of it.  The four rules of any social system:

1.  There are haves and have-nots.
2.  Hill people make trouble.
3.  Things are different down south.
4.  There's always 30%.

These four rules explain everything.

you might be onto something

Fox told the cowards to go out and be brave.
The really angry dumbest ones did. The ones that are just in it for the fear and racism were not as convinced.
