Reminds me of drunken British tourists in Lloret de Mar, also in Spain. The only thing worse are drunken US Army personnel in Germany, in Korea, in Okinawa, pretty much everywhere.

And don't get me started on drunken Marines.

safe to assume the tourist towns don't want to do whatever the UK/Ireland does to shut down everything and go into ghost town mode at midnight/closing time. Ever tried getting a beer in a pub in London after midnight or whatever, its early compared to america and other places in europe, pretty much impossible.

Were the Brits always this unruly when they left the Sceptred Isle in the past?  If so, how they hell did they manage to hang on to the Empire for as long as they did?

If the entire Singapore regiment got drunk every night, why didn't they just roll them into the sea and be done with them?

I remember some really good times there from my days in the Navy.  Back then the Brits were hanging out in El Arenal on the other side of Palma.

I remember talking with a local on the Algarve coast of Portugal and he told me a problem they would have is with drunken British tourists forgetting which side of the road they were supposed to drive on.

I worked in pubs when they had to close between 2:30pm and (I think) 7pm, and could only open until 10:30pm on a Sunday.

This would be a good time for the entire of the drinking age population of the UK to have a nice
intervention...Jeebus....FFS find something else to do beside drink yourselves into a constant stupor..
And travel to other countries, just to drink yourselves into a stupor...I think the people of Spain, Portugal and Greece are getting kind of tired of you making their towns smell like beer barf..
