You might want to move your finger one state to the west on the atlas.

Our supply of idiots here in Missouri is already overflowing, please don't add any more.

Did you folks ever decide whether it was "Oklahoma Joe's" or "Kansas City Joe's"?

No idea, I live in St. Louis.  We have Pappy's and Red's if you can get there early enough to get something before they sell out.

I've never tried either. Which one is better?

Was there once many years ago, but ate at some rando bar down by the arch.

DigitalDirt: This incident and reporting would have more credibility if they had given a full description, gotten a plate number or car description, noted in the article that the police are looking for this man, gotten a statement from Police, etc
Keeping light on the all the facts is what the Trump supporters are pointing out.  I have to agree all these news articles lacking details are suspect.  Though fully believable.

So they can give him a high-five?

/depends on the local cops
//they're not all good people, unfortunately

Neither. It's Joe's Kansas City

FFS.... Which one KS or MO?

Since the article says the BBQ shack is enforcing Gov. Kelly's Mask order, that would be the state of Kansas.

Someone already got shot weeks ago. This is just the continuation of what has become all too common.

It's St. Louis BBQ. Doesn't matter because it's all crap anyway. Just go to KC or Memphis and be done with it.

Oh, I'm not from KC, but I do love LCs. Try to go there whenever I'm in town on business. The first time I went this big dude scowls at me from behind the counter and gruffly says "What and the hell do you want?" I squeaked out "Ummm...a half rack and a side of beans, please, sir?" "Well alright then," he said with a big smile.

That, and all the Joe's locations are in Kansas.  Unless you count County Road Ice House.

Never seen LC with a gun on the table, but yeah - the left-corner table is often his office.

Yeah, that was probably the safest BBQ place to try something like that.  Surely the owner could get help by stepping outside and yelling to the Mission cop sitting in the Goodscents parking lot. They could take a break from trying to ticket anyone that doesn't break fast enough for someone approaching a crosswalk on Johnson Drive.

/ RJ's is my personal favorite in town(partial to pulled pork)

Wow, reading about the Mission cops on Johnson Dr ticketing drivers like crazy on Fark. This is really eerie.

/used to live off Johnson Dr, but farther west in Shawnee

Used to work night shift in Mission and drove down Johnson to get food at 4am a few times a week(IHop actually does make great burgers)   got pulled over for a month straight until they finally started recognizing my car and not bothering.

I honestly forgot about that one. I'm sure you don't to do any research on that either. Well to be honest the more and more people refuse and resist masks the more we'll probably be seeing more confrontations and the uptick in shootings.

Looking at my reply this morning, that comes across a lot harsher than intended. What I meant was that the overdose of stupid over the wearing of masks started almost immediately, to the point that people were being shot and killed. Over. Wearing. Masks.

Your reply wasn't harsh at all, it also didn't feel like it came across as harsh. Yes there's probably going to be more people shot over wearing the masks by people who are resisting the masks. And vise versa for people who are wearing the masks getting tired of people who are resisting the mask mandate.
