Witness protection wasn't going to protect him. Nobody was going to believe the guy who just moved into town with wild hair and face tattoos is really just "Bill, the guy who works at the bowling alley."

Good point. I don't think there's anywhere on earth where he wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb. Maybe racketeering was a poor career choice.

You get it?  69 is also a sex position (from what I hear)!  So, it's like he's a big boy who can joke about a naughty sex position!  You don't get more hardcore than freshman in high school hardcore.
