My buddy and I would get into jellyfish fights while waiting for sets surfing. They're pretty heavy for what they are, and give a satisfying thumpy splat sound when they hit a board. Year before last my son and I found a bunch of beached moon jellies that had a three foot diameter. It wasn't until his back was turned that I learned how hard it is to pick up one of those gelid beasts...
