It might not be quite so edgy, but here's a better way to make white bread not-boring:

So... your not making bread with pee... you are fertilizing the wheat plant with urea as it grows... And plants dont consume the urine. Its metabolized by soil bacteria and the plant absorbs nitrogen and phosphorus and sulfur compounds that result from its decomposition as ions. 

So no. not pee bread. Just bread. 

Also - why female urine? also, using urea as fertilizer is pretty standard practice. Humans make it out of natural gas because we use so much. If human urine was cheap and easy to get and in industrial volumes we would use that.

Oh sure she gets away with this as an artist, but when I ask random women for their urine its all restraining orders and getting banned from the hospital.

Because the synthetic hormones and medications (and their metabolites) will give the wheat a certain je ne sais quoi, impissable to achieve with rainwater alone...
