We already knew he was a duplicitous little weasel.  Too bad he slithered out of Jack Abramoff's last jailable whoopsie.

Some people love to bark the ever-popular "less taxees" or "small government!" without offering an explanation as how the country is supposed to function. Being a right-wing bloviator has to be the easiest job in the world, requiring no real adherence to your own manifesto.

I'm sure all the people who love to complain about people getting what they don't deserve will be along shortly.

Oh, they're only mad when it's poor people getting stuff?  Curious.

First I've read of it, unless you are talking about the article yesterday about how the Ayn Rand Foundation took between $1/2-1 million in PPP loans.

They are hypocrites and if you call them on it they will offer justifications and demand that they are the victims.  They are without shame, without remorse, and without honor.

Typically it just boils down to: "stop giving my money to those people".

They're perfectly OK with the entire country being one huge smoking crater, as long as their little 1/4 acre patch isn't affected.

I remember when GOP rat farks were literally signing pledges of allegiance to this motherfarker, promising not to raise taxes.

For the life of me, I can't understand why elected representatives were promising fealty to some random farking douchebag.

Because big donors loved his antics, and he was a great barometer for who deserved donations.

If there was a god, Grover Norquist would slip, fall, hit his head and drown in his own bathtub.  And even if there isn't a god, and I don't believe that there is, it would be just if he slipped, fell, hit his head and drowned in his own bathtub.

Knowing that the odds of the first scenario happening are zero, and the odds of the second scenario happening are just slightly above that, I wonder what the going rate is to hire someone to make it look like Grover Norquist slipped, fell, hit his head and drowned in his own bathtub.

Norguist is 100% against taxes and spending, but more than happy to throw his hat in the ring when it's free. No wonder Munchkin and others were against oversight. How were they supposed to hand out paybacks if someone was monitoring the cookie jar?

They're all pumpkin farkers.

That's probably what I'm thinking of. In my defense, this is a Judean People's Front/People's Front of Judea issue.

A handout from the government is basically an anti-tax. He's actively seeking it. See, anti-tax activist.

I really don't get these kinds of complaints about orgs accepting government money.

Like, if you believe tax rates should be higher, do you write an extra large check to the IRS come tax time? Of course not! You want tax rates on everyone collectively to be higher so we can spend more on helping those suffering in society.

Plus getting money back is a lot like a tax cut... which is exactly what Derper Norquist is in favor of.

While the Ship of State sinks, the Captian and the Crew are too busy looting the ship's cargo and stores to help anybody into liveboats except themselves and their loot. If you had any money or jewels, I hope you left them in the ship's safe so they don't cut your fingers off for anything more than your wedding rings.
